We are a boutique, innovative law firm based in Gauteng, Pretoria, offering tailored legal services to selected categories of clients. Our History

Tshepang Molefe & Associates originated from a partnership established by Mr. Tshepang Molefe and other associates within the conglomerate in 2025, under the name and style of Tshepang Molefe & Associates. In 2022, Mr. Molefe began his articles as a candidate legal practitioner in a medium-sized law firm based in Brooklyn, Pretoria, where he gained extensive expertise and experience in various legal fields. Post his admission as an Attorney of the High Court in 2024, Tshepang Molefe & Associates was established to utilize this expertise in the pursuit of achieving social justice, addressing socio-economic issues, and bring justice closer to the people.

About the Team

Education Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Admission Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Mr Molefe is the managing director of the firm and specializes in administrative law,commercial law, employment and labour law, and trust law. He obtained his LLB degree from North-West University in record time and was recognized by the Golden Key International Honour Society as one of the top 15% of students in the entire Faculty of Law in 2019. Mr Molefe's forward-thinking approach, understanding of his clients' needs, and ability to provide proactive and innovative solutions are qualities that set him apart as a sought-after specialist. He possesses a strong grasp of forensic investigations, commercial and corporate law, administrative law, employment and labour law.

Ms. Mathosi is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a recognized member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. She holds an LLB degree from Northwest University and has developed a strong foundation across several key legal disciplines. Her expertise includes family law, civil litigation, with a focus on third-party financial recovery such as Road Accident Fund claims, medical negligence claims, and PRASA claims, commercial law including vehicle asset finance and real estate law and property law matters such as foreclosures. Adept at managing complex caseloads, Ms. Mathosi excels in legal research, mediation, and crafting persuasive arguments to secure favourable outcomes for clients.

Mr Nong holds an LLB degree conferred by the North-West University. His professional experience encompasses the areas of property law, including conveyancing, notarial practice, and contract law.
